Apostille / Document Legalization

An apostille is a certification issued by a specific government entity under the Hague Convention of 1961. It simplifies the process of legalizing public documents for use in foreign countries.

Most foreign documents you will use in another country for the purpose of citizenship or residency will need legalization which is typically done through the apostille.

Depending on the country you are requesting the apostille from… this process can take days to months.

For most jurisdictions, we offer an expedited service that allows us to turnaround documents in 48 to 72 hours. This expedited service will have an additional cost.

What We Will Need

In most cases all that we require is the original document or a certified electronic copy of the original document.
